How we work
Four principles.
Technical honesty
If a technology doesn't fit, we say so. If a project shouldn't run, we say so. Candor saves months.
Quality by default
Tests, accessibility, performance and security aren't extras. They're the floor. If they don't fit the budget, the scope has to change — not the floor.
Fast iteration
Short cycles, frequent demos, reversible decisions. Better to show something imperfect than wait for the finished product.
Living documentation
Code speaks, but the why only lives in the documentation. We write it as we build, not after.
